Make a Plan

The PTI team will email you a PTI one-page website planner guide. This guide helps to gather information, create ideas, and understand what content needs to be developed. The key is to set achievable goals. During this process be open for learning technical terms from the PTI team. Items to discuss may include: your brand or logo, website navigation, content writing, digital elements, custom coding and responsive design for different types of devices, whether desktop, tablet or smartphones. You will learn about web terminology like: UI, UX, HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, HTTPS, favicon, open or closed systems, web hosting, web security, web monitoring, sitemaps and backup plans.

Select a Platform

Review the various web platforms with your PTI team. There are open and closed/proprietary web platforms. Both platforms have advantages and disadvantages. The website maintenance, software integration, cost, and platform features all play a part in your decision-making process of which is best for your company. Once your web platform is selected, the PTI team begins building the various projects. These digital projects build your data, icons, photos, and videos to showcase your company to the world!

Build the Projects

When the PTI team creates digital projects, we make sure we set small goals at first, breaking down the projects into smaller parts. Remember, we are developing digital assets that can be used in your website, business cards, brochures or even tradeshow projects. It can feel like quite a conundrum or puzzle when learning, or understanding the digital elements for a project, so we take it slow and teach you how it works.

We look at building any digital project or website like building a house, or writing a book. It takes lots of decisions and time to compile all the details to complete your final product. A final product can be a website, a website with an online store, a brochure for print, or even a email campaign to keep your customer's informed. All this helps you to collect web leads and data on new customers. The goals is to keep your current customers up-to-date on what services and products you offer to them and let them know you are ready to help!
